Innventure Taps Bill Grieco to Lead Firm

Grieco arrives with deep institutional knowledge, having previously served as Innventure’s chief technology officer and as the founding CEO of Refinity, one of the firm’s operating companies. His background includes a stint as CEO of The Rapid Manufacturing Institute, alongside current board positions at both Refinity and Accelsius. Upon assuming his new post, Grieco will join the firm’s executive committee and fill Haskell's seat on the board of directors.

The appointment concludes a search process managed by a board subcommittee, which utilized an external firm to weigh both internal and external candidates. While Grieco maintains his board seats at Accelsius and Refinity, the firm is actively hunting for a new chief executive to lead Refinity in his stead.
