Phinia Acquires High-Precision Manufacturer Stoba Group
Auburn Hills-based Phinia is set to acquire Stoba Group, a move designed to bolster its manufacturing footprint and integrate complex systems into its existing portfolio. The transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions, is scheduled to finalize during the fourth quarter of this year.
