The leadership shakeup extends to the boardroom and operations desk. Ted Warner, who arrived as chief financial officer in March, expands his portfolio to include the title of president and a seat on the board. Simultaneously, the company tapped Jose Rodriguez as chief operating officer. Rodriguez brings technical expertise to the firm, having previously managed data-center and infrastructure projects at Amazon Web Services, TikTok, and Microsoft.
