Grantham, 55, brings a deep internal understanding to the role, having joined the company in 2017. Before stepping into the interim finance position, she served as the senior vice president of enterprise strategy and growth, a background the firm expects to leverage as she oversees its fiscal operations.

Under her new permanent contract, Grantham will command an annual base salary of $450,000. Her compensation package also includes a target annual short-term incentive opportunity of $275,000 for 2026, aligning her performance goals with the company’s broader financial objectives.
