Before stepping into the interim finance position, she served as the senior vice president of enterprise strategy and growth, a background the firm expects to leverage as she oversees its fiscal operations.
Under her new permanent contract, Grantham will command an annual base salary of $450,000. Her compensation package also includes a target annual short-term incentive opportunity of $275,000 for 2026, aligning her performance goals with the company’s broader financial objectives.
