The developer’s top-line performance surged to 85.96 billion yen, marking a substantial increase from the 66.06 billion yen recorded in the first half of 2025. This expansion in revenue directly supported a rise in operating profit, which climbed to 21.21 billion yen compared to 17.60 billion yen previously.
Pretax profit followed the upward trajectory, reaching 20.14 billion yen, up from 16.80 billion yen. Reflecting these gains, earnings per share rose to 142.35 yen from 126.12 yen, while diluted earnings per share adjusted to 141.01 yen from 126.10 yen.
