Clarke Inc. Restructures Executive Leadership Following Acquisitions

George Armoyan has stepped down as president but retains his dual roles as chairman and chief executive. In the resulting transition, Steve Cyr, previously the vice president of accounting, steps into the position of chief financial officer.

The leadership shift extends deep into Clarke’s subsidiaries. Tom Casey and Steve Darrow have been named co-chief executive officers of Ravelin Properties, where they will share responsibility for strategic direction and daily operations. Simultaneously, Robert Sherman moves to president and chief operating officer of the Holloway Lodging subsidiary. To bolster its footprint in the United States, the company has hired David Shahinian and Martin Pham as executive vice presidents. The pair will manage the firm's Chicago portfolio and spearhead future investment activities across the American market.
