Revenue climbed to C$532.1 million during the quarter, supported by a balanced mix of 2.1% growth from recent acquisitions and 1.8% in internal performance. Regional results underscored this momentum, with Canadian sales rising 5.5% while U.S. operations saw a 4.4% increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization followed the upward trend, rising 1.7% to hit C$56.1 million.
To sustain this trajectory, the company recently integrated three new entities: Fini U.V. International in Quebec, Distributions Air-Cube in Montreal, and Winnec in Toronto. Management anticipates these additions will contribute C$27 million in annual sales, while expanding the company's specialty product portfolio and customer base.
