Operating profit also saw a significant rise, reaching 6.15 billion yen compared to 5.04 billion yen in the previous year. Pretax profit followed this upward trend, climbing to 6.01 billion yen from 5.07 billion yen.
Earnings per share rose to 41.48 yen from 35.08 yen. The company also reported diluted earnings per share of 40.64 yen for the current period. These figures highlight the firm's improved performance throughout the fiscal months leading into May.
