According to the filing, Hill achieved 74% of his target annual performance-based cash award for the year.
The executive compensation disclosure also highlighted pay for other top leadership roles at the company. Chief Financial Officer Matthew Friend received a total of $15.2 million, while Chief Operating Officer Venkatesh Alagirisamy earned $11.5 million for the same period.
