The facility was originally leased by the subsidiary MarkForged. This exit follows Nano Dimension’s May announcement to sell the subsidiary to Stratasys for $42.5 million in cash. By offloading the property, the company anticipates reducing its total cash burn by approximately $15 million annually. Roughly half of those savings, or $7.5 million, are directly tied to the elimination of the headquarters lease obligations.
Nano Dimension to Terminate Corporate Headquarters Lease
Nano Dimension will vacate its corporate headquarters by the end of the year, cutting short a lease agreement that was not set to expire until 2031. The decision marks a deliberate shift by management to trim operational spending following a series of recent divestitures aimed at stabilizing the company’s financial position.
