The deal secures AdaptHealth’s mail-order business, which currently supports over 225,000 patients annually with essential diabetes management supplies. Simultaneously, the acquisition of Strive Medical adds a specialized urology provider serving more than 20,000 patients each year to the Cardinal Health network. Chief Executive Jason Hollar noted that these transactions leverage existing synergies from the company’s recent shift toward home-centered health solutions.

This expansion follows a aggressive streak of consolidation for Cardinal Health, which previously acquired Advanced Diabetes Supply Group, GI Alliance, Urology America, and Solaris Health. Both current agreements await standard regulatory approval before final closure.
