The company generated $407 million in revenue during the period, representing a 4.2% increase year-over-year. However, this performance fell short of the $437.7 million consensus estimate compiled by FactSet. Net income reached $35.9 million, or 70 cents per share, showing growth from the $32.9 million, or 65 cents per share, reported during the same quarter last year.
Board Chairman Donald Tomnitz attributed the operational strategy to a focus on maximizing returns by calibrating the pace and pricing of lot sales against current market demand and investment cycles. Looking ahead, the company issued fiscal 2026 guidance, projecting between 14,000 and 14,500 lot deliveries alongside revenue figures ranging from $1.6 billion to $1.7 billion.
