The company plans to funnel the bulk of these funds into the NeutraDC Batam facility in Indonesia and the Yotta 2 program in New Delhi. At the Indonesian site, the financing covers critical advance payments, equipment procurement, and logistics for the first two project tranches scheduled for September and December. This infrastructure deployment is backed by a five-year AI compute agreement projected to generate $2.5 billion in total revenue.

Simultaneously, development on the Yotta 2 program in India remains in full swing. Engineering teams are finalizing site readiness and infrastructure architecture to accommodate the planned installation of 20,736 next-generation GPUs. With an estimated project value reaching $2.5 billion, the initiative represents a cornerstone of the company’s strategy to scale its hardware footprint despite recent stock volatility, which saw shares dip 10% over the previous three months.
