Nano Dimension Appoints Moshe Rozenbaum Interim CEO

A leadership shakeup at Nano Dimension has resulted in the immediate appointment of Moshe Rozenbaum as interim chief executive. The move follows a high-stakes settlement with activist investor Murchinson, which forced the resignation of former CEO David Stehlin and prompted a significant restructuring of the company’s board of directors.

The transition marks a complete overhaul of the Waltham, Massachusetts-based manufacturer’s upper management. Alongside Stehlin, board members Robert Pons, Joshua Rosensweig, and Andrew Sriubas have vacated their positions. Filling the void, Murchinson’s nominees Paul Fruchthandler, Eliezer Tarlow, and Rozenbaum joined the board on July 17.

Rozenbaum moves into the top role having previously served as the company’s vice president of corporate development, in addition to his current duties as an audit committee chair at Lifeward Ltd. Board chairman Phillip Borenstein cited Rozenbaum’s financial expertise and deep institutional knowledge as key factors in his selection to lead the firm while the board reassesses its strategic priorities.
