Galderma Lifts Annual Sales Outlook Following Strong First-Half Surge

Swiss skincare giant Galderma has upgraded its full-year sales forecast after reporting a robust 25% revenue jump to $3.13 billion during the first half of the year. This momentum, fueled by high demand for its core dermatological offerings, signals a strengthening market position as the firm scales its global operations.

Net sales growth for the period was driven primarily by increased product volume and a favorable portfolio mix. Reflecting this performance, the company now projects net sales growth between 19% and 21% at constant currencies, marking an improvement over its previous guidance of 17% to 20%.

Profitability metrics mirrored the top-line expansion, with core earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization climbing to $802 million from $555 million a year ago. The core Ebitda margin widened to 25.6%, up from 22.7% in the first half of 2023. Looking further ahead, the company confirmed its 2026 outlook, targeting a core Ebitda margin of approximately 26% at constant currencies.
