While the company’s revenue climbed to 18.55 billion yen from 15.82 billion yen, profitability failed to keep pace with the expansion. Operating profit contracted to 1.42 billion yen, down from 1.70 billion yen a year earlier. Similarly, pretax profit slipped to 1.53 billion yen compared to the previous year's 1.69 billion yen.
Earnings per share dropped to 102.12 yen, falling short of the 113.23 yen reported in the first half of 2025. The disparity between the revenue surge and the bottom-line compression highlights significant pressure on operating costs throughout the six-month period.
