GE HealthCare CFO James Saccaro to Depart in August

George Newcomb, the company's current controller and chief accounting officer, will step into the role of interim CFO. Newcomb brings extensive institutional experience to the position, having managed financial operations for the firm since 2016 and serving through the 2023 spinoff from General Electric Co. His background includes previous leadership roles at GE Capital and a tenure as a senior tax manager at Arthur Andersen.

Alongside the executive shuffle, the firm provided an early look at its second-quarter performance. Management expects to report a 5.7% increase in year-over-year revenue, alongside 3.5% organic growth. These figures, coupled with projected gains in diluted and adjusted earnings per share, suggest the transition will not disrupt the company’s broader financial trajectory as it reaffirms its 2026 guidance.
