SQD Integrates Validated Blockchain Data into Google Cloud BigQuery

Developers can now access verified historical data from 10 blockchain networks directly within Google Cloud’s BigQuery platform. Through a partnership with SQD, this integration provides indexed chain records that undergo six cryptographic verification tests before entering the cloud environment to ensure data integrity for enterprise-scale analysis.

The collaboration leverages SQD 360, the enterprise division of the decentralized data network, to supply pipelines and indexing systems. By covering records from each network's genesis block, the service allows users to perform longitudinal analysis without the need to maintain private indexers or store entire chain histories locally. The validation process, which includes comparing data across multiple sources and verifying transaction and state roots, aims to eliminate inconsistencies before information hits analytics tools.

Once inside BigQuery, these datasets become compatible with standard business intelligence and machine learning workflows. Users can combine onchain records with internal company data to track wallet activity or perform compliance audits. While SQD currently supports over 130 networks in its own decentralized infrastructure, this initial cloud rollout focuses on a select group. The companies have not yet disclosed a timeline for adding further chains or financial specifics regarding the partnership. Future roadmap items point toward enabling AI agents to query these verified records, potentially automating complex blockchain research tasks within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
