The new listings include common stock notes for Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 Group, and Capital B, alongside a fifth product tied to Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known as STRC. Issued through the Luxembourg-based ORO (II) fund and managed by SICOS Securities, these tokens are backed by shares held at regulated custodians. Investors obtain economic exposure to the financial performance of these underlying assets rather than direct ownership of the shares themselves.
Approved by El Salvador’s Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales, the products enable trading against the U.S. dollar, USDT, and Bitcoin. While the platform allows for fractional units down to four decimal places, specific eligibility rules and minimum investment requirements apply to each security. Bitfinex Securities, which now reports over $500 million in listed tokenized assets, stated that these equity-linked notes represent a strategic shift from its previous focus on fixed-income instruments like Treasury bills and debt-based contracts.
