CDW Snaps Up Data Analytics Firm Lovelytics for $525 Million

Founded in 2017, Lovelytics established its reputation as a premier partner within the Databricks Brickbuilder network, becoming the first consulting firm backed by Databricks Ventures. The company provides infrastructure for organizations to govern and modernize data, serving clients across the energy, manufacturing, retail, and financial sectors.

For CDW, the integration of Lovelytics serves to deepen its existing Services & Solutions offerings. While the acquisition is expected to finalize by the end of the third quarter, leadership noted that the deal will not have a material impact on the company’s current-year financial results.
