CarGurus Names Matthew Mandel as Chief Financial Officer

Mandel joins the online automotive marketplace following a stint as CFO and chief operating officer at the fleet maintenance software firm Fleetio. His background includes significant operational oversight, having previously served as COO and co-chief executive at the beverage technology startup Cometeer.

Trevisan, who has held the position of CarGurus CEO since 2021, will now step back from the interim financial duties he assumed in early 2023. The transition marks a return to a more traditional executive structure for the company as it looks to leverage Mandel’s experience in software optimization and scaling operations.
