The insurance software provider projects revenue between $372 million and $378 million for the current quarter, trailing the $387.1 million consensus anticipated by analysts. This cautious stance arrived despite a 15% revenue increase to $411.1 million in the fourth quarter, a figure that actually outperformed market expectations of $402.6 million.
Profitability metrics were dampened by a $24 million foreign-currency loss, pulling net income down to $31.4 million, or 38 cents per share, compared to $52 million during the same period last year. Nevertheless, adjusted earnings reached 99 cents per share, surpassing the 93 cents forecasted by FactSet. Chief Executive Mike Rosenbaum remains optimistic about the firm's trajectory, noting that insurance clients are increasingly integrating AI-focused products into their core operations. Alongside these results, the company announced that CFO Jeff Cooper will take on the role of principal accounting officer following David Peterson’s retirement on Nov. 4.
