Uhl’s transition begins in mid-September, setting the stage for her to assume the chief financial officer position in February. Osvaldik, who has guided the company’s finances since 2020 and served the firm since 2016, will transition into a strategic advisory role until his official retirement in July. His departure marks the end of a multi-year tenure that saw T-Mobile navigate significant industry shifts.

Uhl brings a deep background in international finance, having spent five years as the CFO of Shell before stepping down in 2022. Her most recent experience includes a leadership role at GE Vernova, where she managed generative artificial intelligence programs, corporate development, and research initiatives. Alongside the leadership change, T-Mobile management reaffirmed its existing financial outlook for both the current year and the long-term horizon.
