Adjusted earnings reached 20 cents per share, comfortably outpacing the 16 cents anticipated by analysts. Revenue climbed 30% to $508.4 million, exceeding Wall Street expectations of $483.3 million. This growth trajectory is mirrored in the company's annual recurring revenue, which reached $2.12 billion.
Chief Executive Sanjit Biswas attributed the momentum to an influx of large-scale enterprise contracts and rapid adoption of new artificial intelligence tools. According to Biswas, usage of the company's latest AI features increased fourfold over the last two months. Bolstered by these results, Samsara lifted its full-year revenue outlook to a range of $2.04 billion to $2.05 billion, while projecting adjusted annual earnings of 76 to 78 cents per share.
