Ramdas, who joined the company in 2005, moves into the CEO position after leading the Zerust Integrity Solutions division and overseeing global market development for the oil and gas sector. He will also join the board of directors as the company expands its board membership from eight to nine seats. Lynch, who began his tenure in 1995 and served as CEO since 2006, transitions to the role of board chair, replacing Richard Nigon, who shifts to lead independent director.
The leadership overhaul extends to the operational side of the business with the promotion of Brian Haglund to chief operating officer. Haglund, previously the vice president of North American operations, will serve alongside the new executive team as the company navigates this transition. Lynch remains on the payroll for up to three years, drawing a reduced salary of $150,000, while Ramdas and Haglund receive annual base salaries of $520,000 and $302,500 respectively.
