Binance Expands TradFi Access With New ETF Wealth Management

Binance has debuted an ETF Wealth Management service, offering eligible users a gateway to 11 U.S.-listed funds focused on Treasury securities and investment-grade bonds. The move deepens the exchange’s integration with traditional financial markets, allowing investors to hold actual ETF shares rather than tokenized representations.

The service, which went live on Sept. 15, organizes assets into three distinct horizons: Cash Management for holdings under six months, Steady Income for six to 12 months, and Yield Enhancement for periods exceeding one year. Unlike traditional savings accounts, Binance explicitly states that these products offer no fixed returns, as performance remains tied to market fluctuations and underlying bond conditions.

Execution and custody are managed externally to distance the exchange from direct asset control. Nest Trading Limited acts as the introducing broker, routing orders to Alpaca Securities LLC, which handles the clearing and settlement process. Users retain ownership of the actual ETF shares, which are eligible for Securities Investor Protection Corporation coverage of up to $500,000 in the event of brokerage insolvency. This infrastructure builds upon the stock-trading service Binance introduced in June, which already provides access to over 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs.
