The option period, which concluded on September 14, saw 76.8% of available rights exercised in favor of equity. To accommodate this demand, Rémy Cointreau will issue 256,395 new shares at a price of 39.21 euros each. This valuation was determined based on 90% of the average share price on Euronext Paris during the 20 trading days leading up to the July 21 shareholders' meeting, adjusted for the dividend amount.
Settlement and delivery of the new shares are scheduled for October 1, 2026, at which point they will be fully assimilated into existing listings. For shareholders who opted against the share conversion, cash payments will be processed on the same date. This shift in dividend distribution has significantly altered the company's financial footprint, with total cash outflows dropping from 58.8 million euros in the previous fiscal year to 29.2 million euros. Following these transactions, the company’s capital structure now stands at 52,846,274 shares with a par value of 1.60 euros each.
