Binance Wallet Opens $4.8M Subscription for pPOLY Token

PancakeSwap has launched its inaugural Pre-Access campaign, offering users a chance to acquire pPOLY tokens issued by Paimon Finance. The event, accessible through Binance’s Keyless Wallet, seeks to raise $4.8 million, providing participants with synthetic exposure to private-market assets ahead of a potential public listing.

Binance Wallet Opens $4.8M Subscription for pPOLY Token

The subscription window for pPOLY opened on Sept. 21 and remains active for 72 hours, closing at 9:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 24. Priced at $15.50 per token, the offering allows users to commit either U or USDC on the BNB Smart Chain, with a minimum deposit requirement of $100. Once the subscription period ends, the platform will initiate token claims, process refunds for unallocated funds, and open secondary trading.

While the campaign provides a technical bridge for investors, Binance Wallet clarified that it acts solely as an interface and does not issue the tokens or manage the underlying settlement. The pPOLY token is designed to offer indirect economic exposure to Polymarket, but it does not grant holders direct equity, voting rights, or status on the company’s shareholder register. Allocation sizes are determined by a formula weighing participants' Binance Alpha Points and bStocks activity tiers, with the possibility of proration if the campaign becomes oversubscribed.

Investors should note that these tokens are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and carry significant risks, including potential liquidity constraints and the absence of guaranteed returns. Paimon Finance and PancakeSwap maintain that pPOLY represents a speculative, tokenized arrangement rather than a traditional IPO vehicle. As of now, no official registration statement for a Polymarket public offering has been confirmed, and holders may find their tokens trading at a premium or discount regardless of the company’s future market performance.
