HIFI led the venture landscape, securing $37 million in a Series A round directed by Left Lane Capital. The New York-based firm intends to use the capital to scale its stablecoin settlement platform, which currently handles over $7 billion in annualized volume, and expand into card issuance. Payment infrastructure remained a dominant theme, as Atum emerged from stealth with $13.5 million from backers including Variant and PayPal Ventures, alongside MeshWallet’s $10 million private round.
Public market activity also played a role in the week's financing figures. Forward Industries completed a $25 million registered direct offering, selling 3.125 million common shares to an unnamed institutional investor. The company plans to deploy the proceeds to bolster its Solana treasury, continuing a digital-asset strategy initiated in 2025. Additional seed-stage activity saw CatchBack raise $8 million for its collectibles marketplace, while infini closed a $6 million round to support its stablecoin-based treasury services.
