The resurgence in digital collectibles coincided with broader gains in the cryptocurrency market. Ethereum led the charge with $30.33 million in sales, representing a 113.52% jump, while buyer activity on the network grew by 40.61%. Polygon followed in the rankings with $7.44 million in sales, and Bitcoin secured the third spot with $5.13 million, bolstered by high-value BRC-20 trades.
Individual collection performance was headlined by CryptoPunks, which surged 1,066.53% to reach $8.24 million in weekly sales. Despite this growth, market concentration remains a factor; the Base-based Beezie collection saw its weekly volume driven largely by the sale of a single asset, Beezie #4365, which traded for $1 million. While buyer addresses rose by nearly 40% across the board to 160,565, transaction volume grew at a slower pace of 5.93%, suggesting that higher-value trades rather than a surge in small-scale activity fueled the recent market expansion.
