Kelsier Ventures crypto holdings shrink from $300M to $2M

Blockchain analytics firm Arkham reports that wallets linked to Hayden Davis and his firm, Kelsier Ventures, have seen their tracked value plummet from nearly $300 million in February 2025 to approximately $2 million, marking a significant shift in the assets associated with the controversial LIBRA token project.

Kelsier Ventures crypto holdings shrink from $300M to $2M

The identified cluster of over 1,000 addresses, which originally held substantial amounts of LIBRA tokens alongside USDC and SOL, has undergone a dramatic reduction. Arkham clarified that this change in valuation does not necessarily equate to realized profit or a specific cash outflow, as factors such as market price volatility, internal transfers, and shifts in liquidity contribute to the fluctuating totals within the tracked wallets.

This update follows the September 29, 2026, dismissal of a U.S. federal class-action lawsuit against Kelsier Ventures, Hayden Davis, and other defendants. U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon dismissed the case with prejudice, citing a failure to state a claim and a lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendants. While the U.S. civil litigation has concluded, a separate criminal investigation into the LIBRA launch continues in Argentina. Argentine prosecutors are currently examining allegations involving fraud and influence trafficking, with local authorities having previously ordered the freezing of specific digital assets linked to the project. Arkham continues to monitor the remaining assets within the Kelsier cluster, though the firm notes its tracking is limited to the specific addresses identified in its research.
