FuelCell Energy Appoints Matthew Latino as New CFO

Latino arrives from Xylem, where he served as senior vice president of finance and led the finance department for the measurement and control solutions segment. His predecessor, Bishop, leaves a legacy spanning two decades at the organization. To ensure continuity, Bishop will remain on board as a senior advisor until the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.

The leadership shift arrives as the company pushes toward a critical financial milestone. FuelCell Energy maintains its objective of reaching positive adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2027. Management continues to prioritize the conversion of its current commercial pipeline into sustainable growth.
