The company's performance for the half-year ended August 31 reveals a widening gap between top-line expansion and bottom-line stability. While revenue grew from 500.17 billion yen in 2025 to 540.71 billion yen, rising operational costs and other factors pressured the final result. Operating profit managed a modest gain, reaching 24.75 billion yen compared to 23.70 billion yen in the previous year.
Pretax profit remained relatively steady at 23.91 billion yen, slightly down from 24.24 billion yen. However, the significant year-over-year drop in net profit resulted in earnings per share falling to 35.69 yen, down from 79.06 yen. These results were prepared in accordance with Japanese accounting standards.
