Current finance chief Christopher May will vacate the position to become executive vice president and chief administrative officer. In this new capacity, May will oversee the firm’s information technology infrastructure and human resources department. Terri Kemp, currently serving as chief of staff and head of HR, will narrow her focus to corporate initiatives and organizational alignment before retiring at the end of the year. All these executives will report directly to chairman and chief executive David Dauch.
Nathan Iles Tapped as Dauch Finance Chief in Executive Reshuffle
Dauch Corp. has named Nathan Iles as its incoming chief financial officer, effective December 1, 2026. Iles, who joins the company from Standard Motor Products, will step into the senior vice president of finance role on November 2 to begin the transition process under CEO David Dauch.
