The FF Nova serves as an entry-level platform designed for educational use and software development. To support this, the firms are offering a $390 developer skills package alongside a $499 curriculum for the smaller, $299 FF Nova Mini model. Distribution will occur in three distinct stages, starting with an invite-only phase before expanding to institutions and eventually reaching the general consumer market.
This hardware launch coincides with a significant corporate restructuring. FFR has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Faraday Future’s robotics division in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $200 million. Under the terms, Faraday Future will secure a 65.7% controlling interest in FFR through an issuance of shares at $2.246 apiece. Executives expect the transaction, supported by $10 million in fresh private investment in public equity, to clear the company of debt while establishing a unified ecosystem for bionic and humanoid AI technologies.
