Hyperscale Data to Spin Off AI Subsidiary askROI

The transition will involve a shift in leadership, as Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III plans to vacate his role as CEO of askROI. Joseph Spaziano, currently serving as president and chief operating officer at the subsidiary, is slated to take the helm as CEO. Ryan Doucette will join him as president. Spaziano will also resign from his current position as chief technology officer of Hyperscale Data to dedicate his full attention to the subsidiary's growth.

Hyperscale Data is evaluating multiple pathways for the public listing, including a traditional initial public offering, a reverse takeover, or a merger with a special purpose acquisition company. Ault emphasized that the subsidiary holds significant, untapped value that the current parent-company structure fails to capture. By establishing askROI as a standalone entity, the firm aims to provide investors with a clearer view of its AI-focused data center operations.
