The October 21, 2026 launch introduces CoFHE, a coprocessor designed to handle computationally intensive tasks offchain while maintaining data privacy. Developers can integrate this technology using familiar Solidity workflows, which allows them to treat encrypted variables as standard data types. This approach avoids the friction of wrapping assets, as the system utilizes a dual-mode token architecture that enables users to toggle between public and private balances within a single transaction.
Founder Guy Zyskind stated that the current infrastructure is optimized for decentralized finance and the growing tokenization sector, a market estimated at $1.5 trillion. Initial design partners Fluton and Alpha Engine are already utilizing the network for encrypted intent-based interactions and private trading strategies, respectively. To ensure security, the system underwent an audit by Consensys Diligence, which evaluated the unique challenges of executing contracts on opaque data sets.
Institutional interest remains the primary driver behind this move. Offchain CEO Steven Goldfeder noted that privacy has historically forced institutions to choose between data security and market composability. By deploying on Arbitrum, Fhenix aims to provide a environment where firms can protect proprietary positions while remaining active in public markets. The company intends to scale this momentum with three additional dApp launches slated for the fourth quarter of 2026 and ongoing experiments with Solana-based applications.
