The company board has initiated a formal search for a successor, evaluating both internal and external candidates to lead the organization. To ensure continuity, Luly will remain with the firm as an adviser through the end of 2027, assisting the executive team during the transition period.

Simultaneous with the leadership shift, the company appointed Tara Kieffer to the newly established position of chief operating officer. Kieffer, 48, has been with the organization since 2020, previously serving as chief product strategy officer.
