Revenue remained relatively stable at 71.69 billion yen, showing only a marginal increase from the 71.37 billion yen recorded in 2025. Despite this flat top-line performance, bottom-line figures suffered as operating profit dropped to 3.45 billion yen from 6.67 billion yen. Pretax profit followed a similar downward trajectory, settling at 3.62 billion yen compared to the previous year’s 6.86 billion yen.
Shareholders saw earnings per share decrease to 29.49 yen from 55.54 yen, while diluted earnings per share fell to 29.38 yen from 55.31 yen. These results, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, reflect the broader fiscal challenges currently facing the regional utility provider.
