Net income for the quarter climbed to $216.8 million, or $4.52 a share, a significant jump from the $145.8 million recorded during the same period last year. Revenue reached $1.04 billion, a 4.6% increase that topped analyst consensus. The company’s namesake brand grew 4.4% to $873 million, while the HeyDude segment added $170 million, marking a 6.1% rise fueled by stronger wholesale performance.
Chief Executive Andrew Rees attributed the performance to double-digit growth in international markets and a successful product diversification strategy. Supported by a 66.2% gross margin, the company now projects adjusted full-year earnings between $14.45 and $14.65 per share. Looking to the final quarter, Crocs anticipates total revenue growth of 7% to 9%, with HeyDude expected to sustain its momentum with a projected increase of 10% to 12%.
