The new dividend, totaling $2.04 on an annualized basis, is scheduled for payment on November 25 to investors on record as of November 16. At the recent closing share price of $41.26, the updated payout represents a yield of 4.9%.
This latest increase continues a trend of rapid growth for the contract compression and power services provider. Since establishing an initial dividend of 38 cents per share in 2023, the company has grown its quarterly distribution by approximately 34%. This move follows a previous hike in October 2025, when the board raised the payment from 45 cents to 49 cents per share.
