The dividend hike follows a similar adjustment made in May, when the board increased the quarterly payout from 92 cents to 96 cents. This latest change brings the company’s annual dividend to 4 Canadian dollars per share. Investors on record as of the close of business on November 25 will receive the payment on December 31.

Based on the most recent closing price of 114.52 Canadian dollars on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the new dividend implies a yield of approximately 0.8%.
