The Japanese electronics manufacturer reported revenue of 43.22 billion yen for the six-month period, a slight uptick from the 42.28 billion yen recorded in 2025. However, this growth failed to offset rising expenses, leading to a contraction in operating profit to 6.14 billion yen compared to the previous year’s 7.57 billion yen.
Pretax profit also felt the strain, falling to 6.23 billion yen from 7.37 billion yen. Consequently, earnings per share dropped to 65.12 yen, down from 81.06 yen. These figures, calculated under Japanese accounting standards, reflect a challenging fiscal environment for the firm as it navigates compressed margins.
