The offering includes floating-rate notes of $500 million due in 2028 and $750 million due in 2029. Three fixed-rate notes—each for $1 billion—are due in 2026, 2029 and 2031, with coupons of 4.65%, 4.75% and 4.90%, respectively.

Apple is also issuing $1.25 billion of notes due in 2033 at a 5.10% coupon and $2 billion due in 2036 at 5.35%, the term sheet showed. Apple did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.

The iPhone maker last sold bonds in May 2025, raising $4.5 billion in a four-part deal that attracted $10 billion in orders. Bloomberg News reported the latest sale earlier on Thursday, naming Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and JPMorgan as joint book-running managers.

Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank declined to comment on the offering’s size. JPMorgan did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
