EU Clears Akzo Nobel’s Axalta Deal With Divestiture Condition
The European Commission has conditionally approved Akzo Nobel’s proposed acquisition of Axalta Coating Systems, accepting the companies’ offer to sell Akzo Nobel’s vehicle-refinish coatings business in the European Economic Area to a suitable buyer.
