Airbnb has introduced natural-language search across its homes, experiences and services platforms, as well as AI-generated listing summaries and filters. Adoption of the tools is strongest among younger travelers, the analysts said.

Customer support cost per booking fell 17% year over year, driven largely by AI, according to the analysts. Airbnb is developing a travel agent that is set to launch in the first half of next year.
