The appointments, announced Friday, take effect Nov. 9 for Hallam and Nov. 23 for Sunderland. Hallam succeeds Nikki Neuburger and most recently was senior vice president of marketing at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Sunderland, who succeeds Rachel Acheson, was a managing director and partner at Boston Consulting Group.

O’Neill, a former Nike executive, took the helm in September and has since made several leadership changes. Last month, she appointed the former head of Gap’s Athleta brand as president and chief product officer, and named a former Walmart executive chief operating officer. Lululemon said it is still searching for a chief technology officer and a chief communications officer.
