The Everett, Washington-based company posted a profit of $157.3 million, or 51 cents a share, for the period ending July 3. When excluding one-time items, adjusted earnings hit 74 cents a share, topping the 71-cent consensus estimate from FactSet analysts. Revenue climbed 7.9% compared to the previous year, outpacing market projections of $1.07 billion.
Chief Executive Olumide Soroye attributed the performance to disciplined capital allocation and a renewed focus on recurring customer value. Following the results, the company raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to a range of $2.95 to $3.05 per share, up from the previous forecast of $2.90 to $3. The updated outlook signals management's confidence in maintaining this growth trajectory throughout the remainder of the fiscal year.
