Kelsey Cassinelli to Succeed CFO Richard Belstock at Plumas Bancorp

Stepping into the vacancy is Kelsey Cassinelli, who joined the organization this past April as senior vice president and principal accounting officer. Following the transition at the start of 2027, she will assume the full responsibilities of finance chief.

Belstock will not sever ties with the bank entirely. He is slated to remain with the company in the capacity of special assistant to the president of Plumas Bank, ensuring a period of continuity for the institution as it shifts its leadership structure.
